Answer:

Although ToCOM has Peugeot/Citroen options in vehicle selection dialog, it can only be used to diagnose PSA cars made in partnership with Toyota. These vehicles are Citroen C1 and Peugeot 107, both made in TPCA factory in Kolin, Czech Republic, EU.
